Terms & Conditions

• This gift card is valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase and is non-extendable.
• Printed gift cards can be delivered to any address in Hong Kong within 5 working days.
• All table reservation requests are strongly suggested to be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to space availability. Please contact us through Whatsapp +852 9726 9301. To ensure a seamless payment and booking process, we recommend sending us the Serial no. of the gift card and total value of your gift card that you would like to redeem for your requested booking.
  
• Please kindly note that for bookings of 6 or more, guests will be seated in one of our private rooms
• This gift card must be presented on arrival at MONO.
• This gift card is only applicable at MONO for ONE transaction / redemption – no refund will be offered if not used to its full value.
• Kindly note that the choice of menu requires the participation of the whole table.
• Our menu is predominantly fish and shellfish with one or two meat courses and desserts. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests with seafood allergies, severe dairy allergies, and vegetarian or vegan diets.
• We strive to ensure our guests have the best experience possible, thus we request a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your reservation for any dietary requirements, as we cannot guarantee any alternatives on the day. Please note that menu can change without prior notice.
• Dress Code - Smart casual - Torn jeans, shorts, caps and hats, sports attire or sandals are not allowed in our restaurant. Closed toes shoes, long trousers are required for gentlemen.
• Please note that dining at MONO is limited to adults and children aged 12yrs and above.
• We kindly request that the guests refrain from using flash photography.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes after which time the reservation will be released to guests on our waiting-list.
• Any adjustments or cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation as well as in case of a no-show, or cancellation of the booking, this gift card will be invalid.
• Any amount charged over and above the gift card value must be settled in cash or by credit card.
• This gift card is non-extendable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotional offers.
• This gift card is only valid for dine-in and cannot be used for private events, special menus, special occasions, blackout dates or other services. 
• The gift card will not be re-issued in the case of loss and will become invalid if defaced.
• MONO reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
• In the case of a dispute, MONO reserves the right of final decision.
