• This gift card is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-extendable.
• Printed gift cards are only available for pick up. Once the order is ready, our team will contact you.

• All table reservation requests are strongly suggested to be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to space availability.
• This gift card must be presented on arrival at MONO.
• This gift card is only applicable at MONO – no refund will be offered once purchased.
• Any amount charged over and above the gift card value must be settled in cash or by credit card.
• This gift card is non-extendable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotional offers.
• This gift card is only valid for dine-in spending and cannot be used for private events, special menus, special occasions, blackout dates or other services. 
• The gift card will not be re-issued in the case of loss and will become invalid if defaced.
• MONO reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
• In the case of a dispute, MONO reserves the right of final decision.
